CloudVM provides hosting services for Minecraft servers, which includes dedicated resources (such as 2 vCPUs and 8GB of RAM), access to the server console, plugin management, and player management. You can modify server files and manage your Minecraft server as you wish.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We offer referral bonuses that are valid only for the first month or lifetime. Referral bonuses may be either fixed amounts (e.g., 5 euros) or percentage-based (e.g., 25%).
Once the payment is made, the subscription lasts for a lifetime unless a payment is declined. If a payment is declined, access to the service will be suspended immediately. The subscription may be subject to recurring payments, depending on Stripe's policies. If a payment fails, Stripe may attempt to charge again according to their terms, but CloudVM reserves the right to suspend the service if payments are not successfully processed.
Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as when the service becomes unusable due to technical issues (e.g., users are unable to connect to the server). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of payment. No refunds will be provided for user errors or misuse of the service. Refunds will not be granted for any other reason beyond the described circumstances.
We collect only the user's email address, which is used exclusively to communicate about the service. User passwords are encrypted and are not stored in plaintext.
We do not collect or store payment details directly; Stripe handles all payment transactions and stores payment data securely. CloudVM does not have access to any banking or credit card information.
CloudVM is not responsible for any indirect damages or loss of data caused by user actions (such as accidental file deletion). We are not responsible for data loss unless it occurs due to service failures on our end, in which case, refunds may be issued under the conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.
CloudVM provides services specifically for hosting and managing Minecraft servers, either for professional use or private usage (e.g., among friends). The VM should not be used for purposes such as cloud storage, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the root system, or any other activity that deviates from its intended purpose.
If CloudVM detects any use of the service that deviates from its intended purpose, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the user's subscription and the associated VM without prior notice or consent from the user. This termination may occur if we detect actions that jeopardize the security of the system or violate the terms of service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Italy.
